The Dance Slipper is a dance studio that offers dance classes in Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-Hop, Acrobat/Gymnastics, and Jazz for all levels and abilities. We also offer Kinderdance and Tiny Tumblers for the little ones. Our wide range of classes and experienced staff makes The Dance Slipper perfect for enjoying the wonderful world of dance. Our goal is to give each student a positive and enjoyable learning experience.
Brenda Barna, owner and artistic director of The Dance Slipper, and her skilled staff believe in working with each student individually to bring out their personal best and challenge them to dance their way to self-confidence. The caring and nurturing attitude of the staff receive high praise from the parents of The Dance Slipper students. Whether considering a serious dance commitment or just the enjoyment of recreational dance, we work with students of all abilities to bring about a great feeling of accomplishment. If you have a three year old stepping onto the dance floor for th first time or are looking for a more advanced group, we have a class for you.
The Dance Slipper has students not only from Southwick, but from all the surrounding areas including Agawam, East Granby (CT), Granby (CT), Granville, Otis, Simsbury (CT), Suffield (CT), Tolland, Westfield, and West Springfield. Dance instruction ranges from beginner (or introductory), intermediate, advanced, competitive and adult. Lessons began in early September and we are excited to have another wonderful group of students join us. |
