REBECCA MEHAN earned the title of Miss Acrobat of the United States while studying dance with The Dance Slipper. She holds AFAA Primary Certification from the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America; her training includes heavy emphasis on Acrobatics and Gymnastics. Her teachers included Chris Gibson, Brenda Barna, Leanne Goodwin, Douglas Boulivar, Sonia Plumb, Neil Greenberg, and Kevin Wynn. She has danced with the Mod Podge Dance Theatre, The Sonia Plumb Dance Company, Holland America Cruise Lines, American Cabaret Theatre as well as performed with the Ringling Bros. And Barnum and Bailey Circus. Her teaching and Choreography credits include Ballet Theatre Hartford, Six Flags USA, NE; Southwick Tolland Regional H. S. and the Hartford Arts Counsel.
