Interested in Ballet or Pointe?
Ballet is the basis of all dance training. Ballet offers dancers the development of
proper alignment and posture, strength training, flexibility, technique and discipline.
This art form is highly recommended and beneficial for all students.
Pointe, is an extension of ballet. This technique is for the dancer who has
developed the necessary strength in their feet and legs to succeed with
the demanding discipline. Students taking Pointe must also be enrolled
in at least one ballet class and must be 11 years of age or older. |
